Check-In time is anytime after 1PM. (Early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed) Checkout time is before 11AM. This property considers guests aged 12 and under, at time of travel, to be children. Children will stay free in the same room as their parents; however, charges for additional bedding may apply.
Your credit card is not charged during the booking process. It is merely utilized to hold your reservation. You may pay by credit card, cash upon Check-in. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. The Hotel will authorize the credit card prior to arrival. This may act like a charge, but it is merely to hold an amount on your credit card as our guarantee which expires after a short period. If we are unable to secure authorization on the credit card, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation immediately.
Cancellation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, first night will be charged.

As currency exchange rates will fluctuate slightly on a daily basis, the hotel cannot guarantee a specific rate of exchange. The rates quoted by our system are based upon your selections chosen for the # of Adults and Children. Rollaway beds and cots are extra charges (only provided if available) Any trace, mark or evidence of pets found in the room you stay in will result in direct charges on the credit card provided for cleaning, controlling and utilizing the room. If any pets are found in the room during your stay at the Aston Villa Motel, you will be asked to discharge the room without a refund.
